Assessment Annual Reports

Historically the units in Academic Affairs, and other divisions, created an Annual Report which reflected a unit's accomplishments and provided a platform for goal setting. In summer 2022, The Provost's Office and the Institutional Effectiveness Committee created an annual goal setting template, named the Action and Assessment Plan. Starting in 2022, all academic support units in Academic Affairs began using this template for goal setting and continuous improvement. Completed templates will replace the Annual Reports in Academic Affairs.
