This site offers information about academic support service areas, as well as links to information regarding tenure and promotion timelines, sabbatical information, internal faculty awards supported by the Office of the Provost, recognition and incentive programs, and additionally, there are links to the Curriculum Office and the Assessment Office.
Housed in the Division of Academic Affairs, the Office of the Vice Provost provides leadership for faculty recruitment, retention and professional development activities. It also oversees pedagogies and methodologies that extend outside the scope of the traditional classroom-based learner, as well as institutional research, planning and assessment.
This area oversees Extended Learning and Special Programs, Institutional Research, Planning and Assessment, the Office of Online Learning, the Professional Development Center, the Curriculum Office, the Assessment Office, and Reed Library. You can view the organizational chart.
