Her research interest focuses on leadership, diversity and inclusion, personality, person-environment fit, leader-member exchange (LMX) relationships, and the domains of teaching and learning. Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, she actively engages with scholarly and professional communities to explore emerging perspectives, challenge conventional thinking, and contribute to evidence-based practices in education and human resource development.
