Band Practice: Get together with your band mates, working together to practice and refine your tunes for the performance at the end of camp. Your group will have the opportunity to work with music coaches to bring your tunes to the next level.
Songwriting: In this interactive and collaborative workshop, you will explore your creativity by learning about the basics of songwriting (e.g., harmonic structure, lyrics, form, melody) and crafting your own original songs.
Listen Up: Develop your auditory musical skills
Technology and Music Production: Learn strategies for using a digital audio workstation (DAW) for recording, creating, sequencing, mixing, and for basic editing.
Sandbox: Daily workshops where you will engage with a coach to develop your skills on your "primary" instrument and other modern band instruments.
Final Gig: Celebrate your hard work with family and friends! Bands will perform the tunes they've been working on all week, and individuals and small groups will also have the chance to share their original songs.
