Dr. Robert L. Dahlgren

College of Education Professor of Social Studies Education Robert L. Dahlgren presented his research on the attacks on P-12 teachers' academic freedom in New York state during the McCarthy period of the early to mid-1950s at the Annual Meeting of the History of Education Society held in San Diego on Saturday, Nov. 6.

His presentation is part of an on-going project that was highlighted in two articles in July in the Daily Beast and The Philadelphia Inquirer.
