Data scientist speaks at School of Business luncheon series

Dr. Iordan Slavov shared his experiences as a data scientist with students and faculty at the School of Business Speaker Series Luncheon series recently at the Williams Center.

An adjunct professor at Hunter College, New York City, Dr. Slavov has over 15 years of experience in the fields of marketing analytics, healthcare data analysis and medical research.

In his presentation, Slavov noted that data analytics applied to the field of marketing is highly competitive. He encouraged students who enjoy challenges and seek a financially rewarding career to pursue work in the field.

Slavov was the third guest this semester in the series that invites professionals to discuss their professions. The event was sponsored by Bahgat & Laurito-Bahgat, CPAs.
