The Fredonia State men's soccer team played to its second 0-0 tie of the season, and third tie overall vs. Geneva in the finale of the Blue Devil Classic. After scoring 12 times in its past two games, the Devils could not find the net on Saturday.

Reigning SUNYAC Defensive Player of the Week Tanner Stutzman made seven saves to earn the shutout for the Blue Devils. Geneva goaltender Evan Shale stopped four shots on goal.

Geneva outshot the Devils, 12-11, and held a 5-2 edge in corner kicks.

At the conclusion of the Classic, Brian Taylor, Jake Gennaro, and Camron Walsh were named to the All-Tournament Team. Fredonia State took second place with two ties. SUNY Buffalo State University won the Classic title, winning both of its games.
