Parker Dickinson, a senior Biochemistry major from Horseheads, has been named Resident Assistant of the Month by the Residence Life Student Recognition Committee.

An RA in Grissom Hall for five semesters, Mr. Dickinson was nominated for the honor by his residence director, Richard Sanders.

"My favorite part about being an RA is to be able to support and interact with the residents. It sounds cliché, but at the end of the day if I had a fun moment or deep and meaningful conversation with a resident, then I can go to sleep comfortably knowing I’ve had an impact," Dickinson said.
