Dr. Natasha Farny and Father Sean Duggan
Two School of Music faculty will present a recital focusing on musical influences in a variety of works.
Dr. Natasha Farny, cello, and Father Sean Duggan, piano, will perform a recital on Friday, Oct. 10 at 8 p.m., in Rosch Recital Hall.
The program will explore the idea of musical influences both on composers and their performers. Dr. Farny noted, “We will see how Bach influenced Beethoven, and we will finish with a newly discovered Romantic sonata by a Russian composer, Leokadiya Kashperova.”
The recital is free, and the public is invited to attend.
