Fredonia to host Study Abroad Fair

Information on more than 1,000 study abroad programs offered on every continent through the State University of New York system will be available to Fredonia students at the annual Study Abroad Fair in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room on Monday, Sept. 23, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Faculty leaders from Fredonia and other SUNY campuses, as well as international universities, will be available to provide program details and answer questions from students. There is no admission fee.

Yan Jiang, a SUNY Fredonia sophomore double major in Public Accountancy and Business Administration-Finance, was one of 52 students from throughout the State University of New York selected to receive the Norman R. McConney Jr. Award for Student Excellence.

Distinguished SUNY Fredonia alumni — Reginal “Reg” Spiller, who is President and CEO of Azimuth Energy LLC and CEO of subsidiary Azimuth GIS-E, and Tim Zulawski, who is President of AMB Sports and Entertainment — will be the keynote speakers for Commencement at SUNY Fredonia.
