Coming off his SUNYAC Championship performance, sophomore Stephen Hallberg (Jamestown/Jamestown H.S.) finished 23rd at the Niagara Regional race at Genesee Valley Park hosted by RIT.
He was recognized as an All-Region runner for finishing in the Top 30. Hallberg's time was a PR of 25:56.4 on the 8k course.
The pace was set by Ryan Hagan of Geneseo with a time of 24:11.7. The team title went to Geneseo, while the Devils finished 15th out of 27 teams.
Edward Jourdan (82nd/27:25.1) and Kevin Moser (91st/27:27.5) also finished in the top 100 of the race.
