Hillel, in collaboration with ODEI Intercultural Center Speaker Series, is hosting a Holocaust Remembrance event at SUNY Fredonia.
The event is slated for Monday, April 20 at 5 p.m. in the Blue Lounge in the Williams Center.
The program, “A Tailor's Journey: One Man's Story of Survival During the Shoah,” will feature speaker Arnon Adler, who will be telling his father — Bernard Adler's — story. Arnon is the father of SUNY Fredonia senior, SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Student Excellence recipient and Acting major, Sivan Adler, president of Hillel.
Last year, Sivan edited and published a Holocaust memoir by her grandmother, Irene Adler, entitled “Who Will Take Care of the Cat?”
