Huang named judge of AMA collegiate competitions

School of Business Associate Professor of Marketing Lei Huang was recently selected to become a national judge by the American Marketing Association (AMA) Collegiate Chapters Council. AMA is the essential community for marketers around the world and leads an unparalleled discussion on marketing excellence.

The AMA and the Collegiate Chapters Council offer active AMA chapters and members numerous opportunities to be recognized for their excellence and assist in the growth of their professional development. Awards and competitions, offered over the course of the academic year, are available in a variety of topics.

Dr. Huang will serve as an AMA judge for case competitions, undergraduate research competition, mock video interview role play, outbound sales competition, student marketer of the year, chapter website design competition, diversity leadership scholarship, best recruitment and social impact scholarships and EBSCO marketing scholar award, among other events

By integrating these opportunities into curriculum development, faculty members may help their students gain the insightful resources and skills that they need to shape a career in the future job market.
