Fredonia's Sembel Koshi is being recognized as the SUNYAC Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week ending Oct. 6.
Koshi finished 14th among 189 runners at the Kara Hall Invitational at Fredonia State on Saturday. Koshi finished the 8k course in 26.35.
He was the top finisher among SUNYAC teams competing, which included Oswego and Buffalo State.
