The Fredonia State men's swim team competed in a tri-meet on Saturday. Patrick McCrone won the 100 backstroke in 1:55.0 and was second in the 1000 free in a time of 10:39.68.
The men fell 221-41 to the University of Rochester, and 230-48 to Alfred University.
They return home next Saturday to take on Medaille College.
