A variety of Halloween activities, including traditional trick-or-treating, will be held at Safe Halloween, an annual event at Fredonia, on Sunday, Oct. 27, from 9 a.m. to noon.

Fredonia’s chapter of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia, a national music fraternity for men, hosts the event in Mason Hall that is open to Fredonia students, faculty, staff and community members and children accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Guides will direct children and parents through Mason Hall to individual practice rooms during trick-or-treating. Activities include painting and mini bowling. Live music will be performed throughout Mason.

Safe Halloween, held in collaboration with Fredonia’s Office of Volunteer and Community Services, is free and open to the public.
