“Potential Spam,” a Fredonia-based band, performs at an open mic event on Thursday in Thompson Hall Room W101.
Students can share their musical talents and network with like-minded people during a special event on Thursday, Sept. 24.
The student record label Hail! Fredonia and student club ACE Connect are hosting an open mic in Thompson Hall Room W101 from 7 to 9 p.m. There will be a sign-up sheet located at the top of the stairs for participants.
The event will be headlined by "Potential Spam," a Fredonia-based alternative rock/pop-punk band. The group, which performs originals and covers, will play at 8:30 p.m.
Additional open mic events this semester are planned on Oct. 15, Oct. 29, Nov. 12 and Dec. 3 in Thompson Hall Room W101 from 7 to 9 p.m.
