Senior duo wins Jeopardy! Tournament

The team of Caitlyn Croft, a senior majoring in Accounting and Business Administration: Management, and Todd Boberg, a senior majoring in Public Accountancy and Business Administration: Finance, won annual Jeopardy! Tournament in the School of Business by amassing 6,800 points.

Four teams, each comprised of two students, entered the tournament that focused on accounting topics, reflected the answer/question format and followed standard rules of the legendary television game show. The categories were: financial statements, accounts, general questions, debits or credits and acronyms.

The range in difficulty of the answers was between 100 and 500 points. Three rounds were played, with four teams competing in each round. The tournament was hosted by the Fredonia Accounting Society.

Dr. Linda Hall served as a judge to either accept or reject a team’s response.
