“Tutoring has been one of the best things I've done while at Fredonia. I'm able to support peers through some of their toughest classes, help them work hard, develop their skills, and gain confidence in the subject.” senior Bex Piede
Tutor Bex Piede, a senior Math major from Fredonia with minors in Computer Science and Data Science, who is graduating in Fall 2026 noted, “Tutoring has been one of the best things I've done while at Fredonia. I'm able to support peers through some of their toughest classes, help them work hard, develop their skills, and gain confidence in the subject.”
Senior and Environmental Sciences major Emma Steffenhagen from Machias, NY, added, “It has been very rewarding to work with peers and their specific needs. Each individual and session is unique lending, drop-ins to rely heavily on creative problem solving. This makes the experience and solutions we come up with all the more gratifying! Being a peer success coach enhanced my time at Fredonia by allowing me to support others and strengthen the campus community.”
