Highlights included a guided tour of the Uffizi Museum (the largest collection of Renaissance painting in the world), a special guest tour guide at the Bargello Museum (the largest collection of Renaissance sculpture in the world), and hiking and swimming in Cinque Terre.
Mr. Tucker, who began leading the Arts of Italy program in 2016, notes that having a faculty- led program in Italy has been a tremendous recruiting tool for Visual Arts and New Media.
Students who joined Dr. Kinkela and Tucker on this year’s program included Nia Anand, Jean Cestaro, Andrea Conner, Eli Conrad, Sarah Crouse, Jaivon Eggleston, Noah Freeland, Brittany Howe, Nastya Korsh, Maya Kulick, Vanessa Lotito, Kady Osborne, Olivia Schindler, Paige Smith and Caitlyn Sterner.
