Mckenna Szmarz scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Allegheny College, and Carson Teijeira scored a late game-tying goal vs. Alfred State as the duo earned this week's Fredonia State Athlete of the Week Awards.
Szmarz connected in the 41st minute with an assist from Anna Ratchuk as the Devils took down the Gators on Saturday.
Teijeira scored the Devils' only goal in a 1-1 tie with Alfred State Saturday. After trailing 1-0 much of the game, Teijeira connected on an unassisted assisted goal in the 78th minute.

- Casey Fetzner won the SUNYAC Defensive Player of the Week Award, going 2-0 with a shutout and 13 saves in a pair of games.
- Gabby Irwin of women's soccer had a goal and an assist in a 2-1 win over Geneseo on Tuesday.
- Mykala Rodriguez won her tennis match in the tie-breaking set at Houghton on Tuesday.
- Kylie O'Brien was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Penn State Behrend Volleyball Invitational over the weekend. She had 20 kills and eight digs in three matches. She helped the team to a 3-0 victory in its home opener over Thiel on Tuesday.
