Gabby Irwin, Bronwyn Madden, and Brooke Grazen were all selected First-Team All SUNYAC by a vote of conference coaches, as announced by the league on Thursday.
Joining the trio were Third Team selections Alyssa Sabato and Kerrigan Driskell. Grazen and Driskell are both seniors, and the other three are juniors.
Madden is tied for the SUNYAC lead with 11 goals.
Irwin earned her third conference honor in three years while leading the SUNYAC in assists (9) and breaking the team's all-time assist record (25) with one year left to play.
Grazen, a defender, helped the Devils to a 1.24 goals against average. "Her consistency from game to game and her ability not only to defend but her willingness to get forward in attack was crucial for our success," said head coach Chris Case.
Sabato, a midfielder, "stepped into a critical role for us and excelled at a high level," according to Case. "As the season went on, she continued to increase her level both defensively and offensively for us as she was on many occasions the catalyst to start our attack."
Driskell was a part of the stingy Blue Devil defense that advanced to the semifinals of the conference tournament.
Of his defenders, Case said "Brooke Grazen closed out her career with her best season to date. Her consistency from game to game and her ability not only to defend but her willingness to get forward in attack was crucial for our success. You can say the same thing about Kerrigan Driskell who consistently made life difficult for opposing forwards and also was a threat going forward for us. Both of these players at outside back did a tremendous job making it difficult to attack and beat us on the outside."
The Devils finished the year with a 10-6-4 record.
