Yoga to resume first week of the semester

EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Yoga will resume starting the first week of the semester. 

The program is free to faculty, staff, emeriti and their families. No experience is necessary!   

Classes will meet on Tuesdays at 12:30 p.m. and Fridays at 11:30 a.m. in Rockefeller Arts Center Room 276 (in the studio complex). Mats and blocks will be provided but participants should bring water. Come for strength, stretching and stress relief!  

Classes will be led by Diane Everettt, a 200-hour Kripalu certified yoga instructor. For more information, or to be placed on the email list for schedule changes, please email her directly.
