EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Yoga will resume starting the first week of the semester. The program is free to faculty, staff, emeriti and their families. No experience is necessary!

EAP Yoga will resume this semester on Tuesdays in the Rockefeller Arts Center Acting Studio 2 from 11:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Fridays in the Dods Hall Dance Studio from 11:30 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. The first class is Friday, Jan. 28, in the Dods Hall Dance Studio.
Summer may be winding down far more quickly than anyone wants it to, but there is still time to take advantage of yoga classes held on Tuesday and Thursday, from noon to 1 p.m., in the Dods Hall dance studio. Sponsored by the Fredonia Employee Assistance program, classes are available to campus employees, their family members and retirees of the university.
