Get ready for Yoga!

EAP Yoga will resume this semester on Tuesdays in the Rockefeller Arts Center Acting Studio 2 - 276 RAC from 11:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and Fridays in the Dods Hall Dance Studio - 148 Dods Hall, from 11:30 a.m. to 12:10 p.m.

The first class is Friday, Jan. 28, in the Dods Hall Dance Studio. The classes are free.

Participants are asked to please bring their own mat and water bottle. Yoga blocks and straps will be available for those who wish to use them. The class is taught by Diane Everett, a SUNY Fredonia emerita from the Department of World Languages and Cultures. She is a 200-hour certified Kripalu yoga instructor, but the class is appropriate for all yoga traditions. She is also a certified Dance and Pilates instructor.

The Fredonia State baseball team extended its win streak to four games with 10-4 and 5-4 wins over visiting Hilbert College on Monday. Christian Pagano connected for a two-run homerun in Game 1, his third in as many games. Alex Gannon added a two-run blast of his own in the opener.

Day 2 results at Cortland

The 4x100 relay team took third place, and turned in a AARTFC qualifying time on the second day of the Cortland Classic on Saturday. Jacob Winn -- a member of the relay team -- also turned in a third place in the finals of the 100m dash.
