Booth named Student of the Month

Anna Booth of Fredonia has been chosen as the March 2018 Student of the Month by the Office of Residence Life.

Ms. Booth is graduating in May with a double major in History and Communication-Public Relations. Assistant to the President Denise Szalkowski, Ms. Booth’s supervisor, nominated her for the award.

Booth noted her favorite part of Fredonia is that her time here has given her a community that feels like family and has allowed her to grow and learn. She added that she will always cherish the opportunities Fredonia has given her. Additionally, Booth is a member of Sigma Kappa and Phi Alpha Theta honors society in history. Her plans after graduation are to pursue a public relations job at a nonprofit organization or in higher education.
