Fredonia Wind Ensemble sets season-ending performance
The Fredonia Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Paula Holcomb, will present the final concert of the 2014-2015 season on Saturday, April 25, at 8 p.m. at King Concert Hall.
Selections to be performed include Suite in B Flat, Op. 4 by Richard Strauss; "Fanfares Liturgiques" by Henri Tomasi, "Toccata Marziale" by Ralph Vaughn Williams and "Release" by Mark Anthony Turnage. The evening of passionate music making will conclude with "Symphonic Dances from West Side Story" by Leonard Bernstein.
The concert is free and open to the public.
