The System-wide Supplier Diversity Program is responsible for ensuring SUNY's compliance with Article 3 of the Veterans' Services Law to ensure SDVOB firms, certified by the New York State Office of General Services (OGS), have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in University procurements. It is the intent of the University to reach, annually, a SDVOB utilization goal of 6% as established by Article 3.
