Department of History Professor Ellen Litwicki presented the paper, "Pernicious Transactions in the Workplace: The Society for the Prevention of Useless Giving" at the Central European University Workshop, "Dangerous Gifts and Pernicious Transactions from Antiquity to the Digital Age," held on May 19 and 20 in Budapest, Hungary.
