School of Music faculty members Dr. Katherine M. Levy and Laura M. Dornberger and have co-written the textbook, "Introduction and Practical Guide to Music Education" for use in music education classes.
The textbook will be released this fall by Cognella Academic Publishing, an independent publisher that specializes in books that share professors’ classroom experiences and their successful teaching moments. Dr. Levy is an associate professor and Music Education Area Head; Ms. Dornberger a lecturer and student teacher supervisor.
