Alumnus Tony Vitrano is guest at business luncheon

Tony Vitrano, a 1983 SUNY Fredonia alumnus, spoke at a luncheon sponsored by the School of Business on Wednesday, April 22 at the Alumni House about his success as a CEO of two very successful companies.

Mr. Vitrano is founder of the highly-successful Gameday Management Group, which he formed in 1994.   The company specializes in developing and executing transportation and traffic management plans for major sports events. It has amassed a hefty clientele, including the National Football League, the Olympic Games and the Daytona 500

In 1999, Mr. Vitrano took his ideas another step and founded a company that reserves parking spaces online for selected events, Click and Park.

A native of Fredonia, Mr. Vitrano graduated from SUNY Fredonia in 1983 with a communications degree. He is a member of the SUNY Fredonia School of Business Advisory Council.
