The Center for Innovation and Economic Development will be hosting Crunch Roll Factory at the Founder’s Luncheon Series on Wednesday, March 20.

During the luncheon, founders of Crunch Factory, Mark and Zach Bohn, will share their exciting journey as entrepreneurs, which originally launched with the StartUp NY program.

The workshop will take place at noon at the center, located at 214 Central Avenue in Dunkirk.

The workshop is free and open to the public. Lunch will be provided. To register go here.

In 2015, father and son opened their restaurant doors in Buffalo, serving a new culinary sensation, Crunch Rolls. “We’re bold about who we are because our community has told us time and time again that they’ve never had a snack experience like ours before.”

The Founders Series program features talks, interviews, and discussions with successful entrepreneurs, providing valuable insights into their journey.

CIED is a collaborative hub for entrepreneurship, economic development, and community engagement. The center also provides several services ranging from administrative and business services to mentoring and networking.
