Students at the 2025 Find your Future Day event in Steele Hall.
The Career Development Office and Academic Advising have announced this year’s Find your Future Day.
Students are invited to Steele Hall Fieldhouse on Thursday, Oct. 22, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., for a dynamic, multi-purpose event which combines:
- Graduate School Fair: Students can connect with representatives from over 50 institutions spanning disciplines such as health care, law, business, education and the humanities. Participants can learn about application processes, academic expectations, and program options to help guide their next steps.
- Major/Minor Fair: Those participating can explore all of Fredonia's academic options. It will include learning how adding a second major or minor can expand career opportunities, strengthen graduate school preparation, and strategically pair passions with professional goals.
- Alumni Showcase: Students can network with Fredonia alumni eager to share their career journeys and professional experiences. They can discover how their time at Fredonia prepared them for success and start building a network for mentorship during and after the event.
- Student Support Services: Participants can meet campus support teams all in one location. They will learn about available student resources, connect with familiar faces and mentors, and discover helpful services they may not know exist.
Graduate school tables will be centrally located in Steele Hall, while academic programs, student services, and alumni tables will line the perimeter — creating an immersive and interactive environment for students and alumni to explore what’s next. Refreshments will be provided and participants can enter a raffle for several prizes.
Organizers are especially excited to spotlight our alumni, who return to campus to share their stories, advice and opportunities to inspire students planning their next steps.
Students from all majors and class years are encouraged to attend. Visit www.fredonia.edu/cdo. For more information about the event, please contact the CDO via email or call (716) 673-3327.
