You may remember an email to campus about the Village of Fredonia being a Top 10 finalist for season five of the Hulu and Amazon Prime reality show "Small Business Revolution."

Well, the village has taken the next step, and now we can help them cross the finish line!

The Small Business Revolution this morning announced Fredonia as one of the five finalists to compete in an online vote to determine the winner!  The winning community receives a $500,000 investment in the community and expert business advice on the show.

The winner will be decided by which town gets the most online votes between now and next Tuesday, Jan 21. You can vote once per day per device. That means if you have a desktop computer, laptop computer, and phone, you can vote three times a day!  It takes just a few seconds to do and is free.

Since it's one vote per day per device, please look around your office/department here on campus for computers that are available. You can vote on those machines once a day as well. Every vote will matter!

You can follow the Fredonia Chamber of Commerce on Facebook to stay up-to-date on the competition.

We're asking everyone to take a few seconds a day for one week to vote, and to encourage your friends and family to do the same. Together, we can help the Village of Fredonia experience a Small Business Revolution!
