Two Fredonia springboard divers, junior Christian Krasnek and sophomore Patrick McCormick, were among 23 men to compete over two days at the NCAA Division III Northeast-South Regional, held at Rochester Institute of Technology.

Krasnek finished seventh in Friday's 1-meter event with 441.15 points for 11 dives while McCormick scored 427.40 to finish in 10th place.

In the 3-meter on Saturday, Krasnek's 453.65 points was good for 10th place. McCormick scored 401.15 points, 18th in the field.

It was the final meet of the season for both.

"This was a highly competitive meet where scores were close and it really came down to the last dive," Fredonia Head Diving Coach Meghann Kilgallon said. "I was so happy to see them finish out their season strong. I couldn't be more proud of them."
