Bartlett tops again

Senior diver Meghan Bartlett beat the reigning SUNYAC Diver of the Week off both boards vs. Geneseo on Saturday.

Bartlett topped the Knight's Claudia Kolakowski 278.65 to 256.70 off the 1-meter board, and 294.10 to 231.40 off the 3-meter board to win both events.

Geneseo claimed the team victory, 168-127.

Individual winners were Lydia Gaughran in the 500-yard freestyle in a time of 5:50.51; Chelsea Spiegel in the 100-yard butterfly in a time of 1:09.05; and Aurielle Marvin in the 200-yard IM in 2:31.19.

The 400-yard freestyle relay team of Gramlich, Emilie Phinney, Sierra Parsons, and Megan Rupp finished first in a time of 3:55.31.

The team travels to Alfred State next weekend.

The Fredonia State baseball team extended its win streak to four games with 10-4 and 5-4 wins over visiting Hilbert College on Monday. Christian Pagano connected for a two-run homerun in Game 1, his third in as many games. Alex Gannon added a two-run blast of his own in the opener.

Day 2 results at Cortland

The 4x100 relay team took third place, and turned in a AARTFC qualifying time on the second day of the Cortland Classic on Saturday. Jacob Winn -- a member of the relay team -- also turned in a third place in the finals of the 100m dash.
