Danielle’s rugby career began at Fredonia on the Blackhorse women's rugby team. Between training and games, Miano recently found the time to take a trip back to the pitch where it all began to support the Blackhorse girls at their season opener on Saturday, Sept. 5 against Syracuse University. She left the team members inspired by advice and encouragement.

Blackhorse's fall season continues through October with its final home game on Sunday, Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. at the pitch adjacent to University Stadium. Games are free and open to the public. All are encouraged to attend and cheer the team on to victory.
