College Symphony will celebrate Halloween with 'terrifying' repertoire
The Fredonia College Symphony, conducted by Dr. David Rudge and his apprentice, Hayden Denesha, will celebrate Halloween with a “terrifying” music event in King Concert Hall on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 8 p.m.
The concert features Mussorgsky’s “A Night on Bald Mountain;” music from the movie, “The Sorcerer’s Apprentice;” as well as “The Enchanted Lake,” “Danse Macabre,” “March to the Scaffold,” music from the movie, “Psycho,” and other creepy pieces.
The orchestra will be in costume, and the audience is also invited to dress for the occasion. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.

The College Symphony is one of the premiere ensembles in the School of Music. Open to players by audition only, it maintains high standards of playing and performs several times during the academic year.
