Confidential HIV testing set on World AIDS Day, Dec. 1

Lisa Eikenburg

The Student Health Center, with support from FredAssist and STEPS, will offer confidential HIV testing for students on World AIDS Day, which is Friday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., at LoGrasso Hall.

The simple finger stick blood testing for HIV takes only 10 minutes. Results are known right away. The test is offered at no charge for students. World AIDS Day was established in 1988 to raise awareness of the AIDS epidemic caused by the spread of HIV infection.
