The Fredonia Blue Devils are among the 752 teams to earn the American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award for the 2014-15 season.

The Blue Devils made the list by attaining a cumulative team grade-point average of 3.30 or better on a 4.0 scale. They had a 3.42 GPA in the fall and a 3.62 GPA during the spring of the last academic year.

The total of teams this year is an all-time high dating back to when the AVCA began the program in 1992-93. The previous high was 676 in 2013-14.
