EAP schedule full of wellness events for faculty, staff

A wide assortment of wellness activities and events for the fall semester has been assembled by the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Fredonia faculty, staff and retirees.

Offerings, dates held and locations include:

• Healthy cooking demonstrations – Oct. 12, Nov. 2, Dec. 7, noon, Horizon Room West, Williams Center
• Zumba with Paul – Monday and Wednesday, noon, Dods Hall Gym
• Midday yoga with Lynda – Tuesday, noon, Hemingway Hall; Friday, noon, Dods Hall Dance Studio
• Book Club – Sept. 14 and 28, Oct. 12 and 26, Nov. 9, noon, Tower Lounge, Carnahan-Jackson Center for Learning and Scholarship
• Path to Wellness – Nov. 16, noon, Williams Center Room G103B.
• Fall Soup and Salad Day – Oct. 19, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Horizon Room West, Williams Center.

There’s an emergency need at the American Red Cross for blood, so Fredonia students, faculty and staff are asked to roll up their sleeves at a blood drive to be held in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room on Monday, Feb. 14, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
