Two Fredonians are included in the list of U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association All-Region honorees for the 2017 NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field season, announced Monday.

Junior sprinter Brittany Feldman (Jamestown/Southeastern) and senior thrower Kyle Brown (Hamburg/Hamburg) were cited by the UST&FCCCA for ranking in the top five of an individual event according to final TFRRS data.

Feldman made the list in the women's 400 meters, where she's No. 1 in the Atlantic Region at 57.05 seconds -- an indoor school record set Saturday at the Tufts Final Qualifier in Medford, Mass. That's also the 10th fastest time this winter in NCAA Division III, which qualifies Feldman for the national meet this weekend in Napierville, Ill.

Brown ended the indoor season fourth in the Atlantic Region in the men's 35-pound weight throw with a toss of 17.06 meters on Feb. 4 at the Mount Union Wuske Invitational in Alliance, Ohio.
