Health Center hosts weight loss program

The SUNY Fredonia Health Center is sponsoring an educational and competitive weight loss program called Pounds Off Wisely (POW). The program is open to both students and staff.

Interested staff and students should establish a team of four members and create a unique team name. Registration is $15 per person and is available through the listserve on the Health Center website. Teams should register by March 19.

There will be an initial weigh in on March 24 with a weekly weigh-in every Wednesday for the following six weeks. The competition will continue until May 2.Prizes will be awarded weekly and cash awards will be given to the teams with the largest percentage weight loss.
