The fourth annual Fredonia Blue Devil Invitational will launch the fall season for the men’s and women’s cross country teams on Saturday, Sept. 6, at 10 a.m. at Lake Erie State Park.

Fredonia alumni are invited to cheer the Blue Devils or, if they’re in running shape, actually participate in men’s or women’s races. The $10 donation for non-collegiate runners will benefit the Fredonia athletic program. Other schools confirmed to participate include Mercyhurst University, D’Youville College and Medaille College.

The 5K trail course the spans the park, located on Route 5 near Brocton, and features views of the lake.
