All nine men's and nine women's swimming and diving teams are set to compete in this year's State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Championships. The championships will commence Wednesday, Feb. 15 and conclude on Saturday, Feb. 18, at the Erie Community College's Burt Flickinger Aquatic Center in downtown Buffalo, N.Y.

Look for Fredonia's strong diving contingent and stellar swimmers to make a splash at this year's event.

The championships will kick off with diving on Wednesday beginning at noon followed by finals at 7:05 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. The prelims of other events will start at 10 a.m. with finals at 5:30 p.m.

Last year, the Geneseo men's and women's teams were crowned SUNYAC champions tallying the highest team points. The Knights are no strangers to the crown, as last year represented the 23rd title for the men and the 24th for the women.

Tickets will be available at the door.
