Gallery Talk by Alberto Rey: Saturday, October 25, 1 pm, Marion Art Gallery

An exhibition of 133 paintings, drawings and ceramics created by Alberto Rey after a 2024 five-month expedition to six continents, fourteen countries and twenty-two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, together with pivotal works from past series. The exhibition also includes paintbooks and sketchbooks that Rey used to record the journey. A 150-page exhibition catalog designed by Matt Mateosian and Alberto Rey is available free of charge at the Marion Art Gallery. The lecture and gallery talk are free of charge and open to the public.

All catalogs published by the Marion Art Gallery since 2016 were designed by Jason Dilworth, Associate Professor of Graphic Design in the Department of Visual Arts and New Media, unless noted otherwise.
