‘Spring for Wellness’ set for early April in Williams Center

"Spring for Wellness," a showcase of wellness resources available in the surrounding community, will be held for Fredonia employees, their family members and retirees of the university on Wednesday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the Williams Center Multipurpose Room.

The university’s Employee Assistance Program, the event host, and co-sponsors Brooks Memorial Hospital, the Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) and United University Professions (UUP) will staff information tables. Representatives from several local businesses and organizations, such as CrossFit Dunkirk, Yoga Underground, the Chautauqua Center, Dunkirk/Fredonia Meals on Wheels and Karate Connection, will also participate.

Healthy food options will be available and names of attendees will be drawn to win gift baskets having a wellness theme.
