Hanging of the Greens, a favorite holiday tradition at SUNY Fredonia, will be held at the Williams Center Multipurpose Room on Thursday, Dec. 1, from 6 to 8 p.m.

The event, hosted by Spectrum Entertainment and sponsored by Student Association, is free and open to the public.

President Stephen F. Kolison Jr. will light an 18-foot holiday tree. Live music, crafts for children and college students, along with cookies and refreshments, will be offered. Student clubs will host craft tables.

Another activity will be Create A Creature, which provides gingerbread people, teddy bears and chicks that children can fill with fiberfill stuffing. They are available for $5, cash only.
