The State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) swimming and diving weekly awards list released Nov. 23 had a familiar name to Fredonians.

For the third straight week, Fredonia senior Meghan Bartlett (Johnstown, N.Y./Johnstown) was chosen SUNYAC Women's Diver of the Week.

Her latest honor was the result of two wins last Saturday at a dual meet at Nazareth. She set a Nazareth pool record in winning 3-meter springboard diving with a winning score of 283.95 points. She also won 1-meter diving with 258.60 points and improved to 11-1 this season.

She is 6-0 in the 1-meter with a season-best score of 278.65 points and is 5-1 in the 3-meter with a season-best score of 299.80 points. Both score qualify her provisionally for the NCAA zone diving meet in March at Ithaca College.

Idle this weekend, Bartlett and her teammates return to competition Dec. 2 on the first day of the three-day Blue Devil Invitational at the Steele Hall Natatorium.
