Marion Art Gallery to host 'Senior Show I: Self Portrait' exhibition

The works of 15 students from the Department of Visual Arts and New Media at SUNY Fredonia will be displayed in the Cathy and Jesse Marion Art Gallery at Rockefeller Arts Center beginning Friday, April 11.

The exhibition, titled “Senior Show I: Self Portrait,” will open with a reception in the art gallery from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, April 11. The show will run through Thursday, April 17.

The exhibition will highlight the best works by graduating Fine Arts students. Artists taking part in the exhibition are Maribel Avila, Megan Borgstrom, Alison Dyer, Elizabeth Farrell, Stephanie Flecha, Kayleigh Forger, Lisa Hinterberger, Athena Kolokotronis, Anne Leue, Jonathan McCray, Anna Pingitore, Christina Shults, Barbara Sum, James Todd and Jessica Wilcox.

Both the reception and exhibition are free and open to the public.

Gallery hours, when classes are in session, are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 12 to 4 p.m.; Friday and Saturday 12 to 6 and Sunday 12 to 4 p.m.
